A. If you're rooted & have Clockworkmod, it is as simple as flashing the gapps zip file.
Unfortunately for less popular tablets, often the clockworkmod recovery isn't available. I found this thread on a forum that has a step-by-step for installing the market [Google Play]:

however, it looks relatively hard. I think I could do it, because I've been flashing roms for a while now.
Also you can look to see if there is a custom rom that already has google play included.
Or you can always try the Amazon marketplace, you can install it just by downloading the .apk file & install it.

Q. You know the droid phones that run android systems have the "market" where you can download apps to the device does this tablet pc by sylvania have it also?
A. Nope just found it out...unbelievable there is a hack to get it on though but I'm too lazy to find it...still extremely disappointed with this move..
