Q. I'm looking for a cheap, 10 inch Android tablet to recommended to someone. They want something cheap, and want Jelly Bean, since they've used my Nexus 7 and love Google Now. What is a good tablet for this person?
A. Hi :)
The uPlayTablet website offers good 10 inch Android tablets that are very much like in quality to the Nexus 7 and Google ones. The price is pretty affordable too, most of them are like $100. The models that are sold are Ainol Flame, Ainol Crystal, uPlay PhonePad, woPad i9 etc.
These tablets are also very nice, and I emphasise again that they are just as good as your iPads, Google and Nexus 7 tablets, but best of all, they're half the price! ^^

Which operating system is recommended when looking to purchase an Android Tablet?
Q. Which operating system is recommended when looking to purchase an Android Tablet? What operating system is compatibile to get apps from Android Marketplace and Google Play Store?
A. Normally, you should try to get the latest OS which is mostly used. I recommend Android v2.3.6 (Gingerbread) OR v4.0 (ICS)
These OS versions are compatible with almost every app in Google Play store.

Where to buy a Ainol Novo 7 Android Tablet in the United States?
Q. What is a good source to buy Google Nexus 7 or the new Kindle Fire HD in the US ? I've read that the new Novo 7 Flame android tablet is also really good - where can I buy this?
A. Here you can find the Ainol tablets:

Among Ainol Novo 7, Google Nexus 7, and Kindle Fire HD, I'll pick Kindle Fire HD. Let me list the strength of the Kindle Fire and Nexus 7.
Kindle Fire HD (over Google Nexus 7):
- HDMI output (not supported in Nexus 7)
- Dolby Audio Stereo speaker (Nexus 7 has mono speaker)
- Faster Wi-Fi (said to be dual-band)
- 16GB built-in for $199 model, double that of Nexus 7
- Option to upgrade to 32GB and larger 8.9" screen (Nexus 7 has 16GB max, 7" screen only)
Nexus 7 (over Kindle Fire HD):
- Supports NFC (for device to device communication)
- A bit lighter in weight
- No ad (Kindle Fire has ad built-in, you need to pay $15 to opt-out)
Another thing is content support, Amazon is one of the best ebook, music and movie store, and it's a strong advantage over Google. The ad on Kindle Fire HD shouldn't be disturbing too, from the past experience there're some good offers in the ad from time to time, so most user prefer to keep it.
There's a good comparison from a user here, should help you decide:

Hope this helps.
