Q. I was contemplating on getting a media tablet device, and I stumbled upon the archos 5 and the 4th generation ipod touch that just came out. I am interested in the movie watching and internet features that the devices have. what are the pros and cons of each? or what are the comparisons between them? I've never owned an ipod product before in my life, so I'm not sure how good it is.
A. I would definately suggest Apple iPod touch (4th Generation) NEWEST MODEL

1.Wi-Fi capable Facetime (video chat with no 3G)
2.Game Center (challenge your friends play games and so much more)
3.About 50% thinner (0.28in;7.2mm)
4.Apple A4 processor chip faster than ever)
5.HD video recording
6.Retina Display (Pixels at 78 micrometers wide packing 326 pixels per inch)
7.Voice Control ( control your music with your voice)
8.iBooks (your own personal bookstore and reader)
9.iMovie (movie editing program redesigned for ipod touch)
10.Multitasking (Switch instantly between your favorite apps)
11.Folders (Make more room on your home screens for you favorite apps)
Cons:
1)More expensive than the last gen
2)Not out yet

Im saving money to get the nook the e-book reader and I want to ask a question about it?
Q. Is there an android update coming for it, I really am considering it because of the durability and the less errors it has compared to the iPad, is there a way I could know if it is being updated to the android like tablet?
A. In short, I won't choose iPad or Nook Color, because they're using backlight screen like computer screen, and is difficult to our eyes. Just not suitable for reading purpose. For other ebook readers including the B&N Nook, Sony Reader, and Amazon Kindle, I'll go for the Kindle. For the Sony Reader, many books (especially new releases) cannot be easily find on it. For the Nook, it is good but it is slower and less user friendly compared to the new version of Kindle.
There is also quite a good comparison between the ebook readers here:

Sorry if I have bad english.
A. Kindle Fire HD is more expensive than Kindle Fire, as it's more advance.
Features below (not audio or video as you've mentioned) can be found on Kindle Fire HD, not Kindle Fire:
- Bluetooth
- HDMI out
- Front Facing Camera
- Higher built in memory
- Android 4.0 OS
Below you can find two more comparisons between the two tablets:

How secure is the blackberry playbook?
Q. I am doing a comparison between several mobile os's, and the blackberry playbook is among them.
I was wondering how 'safe' the blackberry playbook is compared to other mobile os's. Android being a high target for malware, not so secure, versus iOS and Mango being a lot safer.
I was wondering how blackberry's OS compares to these.

A. BlackBerry have always been known for the security on their mobile phones, and the playbook is no exception. It offers several security features built right into the tablet.
As a corporate IT manager we only use blackberry phones and not the playbook tablet partly because of the security they offer.
