A. I haven't seen any 9.7 android tablets. You can buy a 10.2 inch SuperPad from http://electronicdealz.com/ for $229 including shipping. Its the best android tablet out there.

A. There are no cheap, powerful and tablet pcs. You can choose any two, but not all three at the same time.
