How do I download apps on my Android tablet?

Q. I got an Android tablet, 1.5 version. I want to download apps but every time I go to it says my gmail account isn't recognized with an android device? Does anybody have any suggestions?

A. Setting<Accounts and sync< and your email should be listed in there somewhere. Under Google maybe. Go into the account and make sure its the email that you used for your device.

How do you get billed for apps on a WiFi android tablet?
Q. I was thinking about getting an Android tablet, like a Honeycomb or Android 2.1, but if I don't get 3G service, I have no idea how you would get billed for apps. With a nook or an iPad, you just can use gift cards, but I have never seen an Android gift card. Do you get a bill in the mail, or online? I'm just confused.

A. You get billed the same way you get billed on any Android device, Google Market. Whenever you first open the market, you have to set up a Google Market account which becomes linked with your GMail account so that you don't have to pay for the same apps if you have to wipe or get a different device. Google Market uses your credit or debit cards to pay for things.

How to associate android tablet with google account?
Q. I just got a new android tablet 8. How do i set mybgoogle account so that it knows i have an android nd will let me buy apps.

A. Ok here is the deal with Google Market. You must be able to go into your phone/tablet (device) settings and add your gmail account. If your device does not have an option to add or sync account. Then you pretty much will not be able to use android market. That is how google has it set up. The main reason for this is the ability to attach payments of purchased items to your cellular provider. I agree it sucks but that is the way it is.
